Worst customer service there is.I have an incpiria 430 which cost a LOT of money. It ended up having an unsightly mark because of an EHEIM official suction cup. Nowhere did it say that you shouldn't attach those to the vinyl of the top border.I filed a complaint with them in JULY 2023. After a LOOONG back and forth of emails they told me they would send me just the vinyl. It is the 7th of February 2024 and it's clear they won't send me anything.
