How can someone know to which account no. the the amount is credited.iii. It took 3 days for verification of Payment.iv. When requested for refund, they took another 2 days for domain registration.v. When informed that website was not active, it took another 1 day to make it active.v. Lastly, Your team can communicate in Nepali language in chat/customer service, if their English is poor. But, despite requested repeatedly, he was using crappy English which doesn't reflect professionalism.vi. Pathetic Service Delivery.
