On the day I was given frequent updates on arrival time of the engineer. Work was carried out with minimal disruption (as I was working from home). Certificate recieved in a timely manner. Following the visit I had an issue with a light, EICR are now working with me to rectify this and have been proactive with follows ups. Highly reccommend and cost was super reasonable for the current market.
