There was a delay with the GSC certificate due to the engineer being on paternity leave; however, this was clearly explained when I followed up. The certificate was subsequently issued, and I was reimbursed for the GSC due to the delay.How a company handles delays or issues often says more about their service than when everything goes smoothly.
