I placed a large order in early December during EidParty’s heavily promoted warehouse sale on social media. This order was for Ramadan décor and gifts for my children, planned well in advance. Despite the website stating 6–7 day shipping, my order arrived over a month later.When I eventually opened the package (having assumed everything would be correct), I discovered that two Ramadan calendars were missing. This was only noticed after I contacted them by email. I was offered a refund with a very mediocre apology. I explained that this wasn’t about the money, but about the inconvenience caused, as I had deliberately ordered early to be organised.On top of this, I also ordered a large Ramadan banner, but received a completely different one to what I had selected. Although it was only £1, it meant my décor no longer matched. I reported this as well.Today, I received a three-line apology and nothing more. Their customer service and follow-up when things go wrong is absolutely atrocious. There is clearly far more focus on social media promotion than on order accuracy and customer care.Very disappointing experience overall.
