They appeared professional and communicated well initially. However, after we made a payment of $726, they stopped responding on all platforms — including phone, messages, and email. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no update or resolution. We have all the evidence of the transaction and communication. Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to be cautious.
