I appreciated the quick response from the team. We had a great trip! (I would recommend investigating Norwegian airlines before using them. I heard from many passengers how their flights were cancelled for unknown reasons and didn't get to fly out for a week! Norwegian is hard to contact (no ticketing staff in the airport).
