This is a scam. I ordered a carpet cleaner and tracked it, but like others have said, it’s a total scam. They claimed it was delivered with a signature, yet I have no proof. When I asked for delivery details, they offered me a 50% refund. I doubt I will see any money back. They also requested an additional payment for another delivery. Lesson learned: never buy from that platform again.
