Meticulously failing the consumer

I'm not only confused by the actions of a company so frequently reviewed as having ridiculously late product delivery and poor customer service. I'm also hurt by the company's obvious apathy towards their client base and disgustingly proven poor business etiquette and lack of professionalism. Most companies when given consumer feedback via reviews seek to alter their actions or find ways to change their customers' opinions. This is one facet that easily sheds light on the greater collective of problems associated with VaperAnger, or EjuiceDB. The company's "gem" that the facet belongs to is called Unethical Relevant Business Practices and Services (URBS). This is a first for me, as not unlike most people, most businesses strive to keep positive relationships with the people they interact with. Unfortunately, with some businesses and some people, dishonesty and neglecting ethical practices mark the key to profitability. Although Google says I'm in the top ten percent of its read reviews, I am still finding myself plagued with the luck of falling into a metaphoric vat of Lobster Thermador; only to rise out of it with ashes in my mouth. I placed my order #DB2480... containing among other things, 2 bottles of Country Clouds blueberry cornbread pudding 50mg nicsalt. I received no purchase confirmation email, no appearance of my order on Route (the app they claim their orders are insured by), and the order listed in my purchase records as being "partially fulfilled". As I was very excited to see the Country Clouds products available, a taste I LOVED a few years ago that I haven't been able to find in years, I was quick to make the purchase. Only now, two days later, to see that this isn't a one-time issue for EJuiceDB or VaperAnger (another sign of companies with shady practices being name changes to avoid public acknowledgment by correlation) but a habitual occurrence. Aristotle said, in his work (Nicomachean Ethics), "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” Unfortunately, EjuiceDB displays many prominent, unrefined, and overall disappointing habits. To VaperAnger, I kindly ask, Can you please stop with URBS and expedite the correct fulfillment of my order? Since the majority of the few replies I see here are made by Laura, I'll ask you. Laura, please help give me a reason to change my review. I am glad to have heard from you all. It's really good timing too. Although I placed orders with both ejuicedb and element vape within an hour of each other on Christmas. Element Vape is in California and ejuicedb/ Vaperanger is in New York. Meaning, somehow, packages from 2700.5 miles away took 3 days to arrive with hardware (vapemod kit, an extra tank, and an extra set of coils) was in my hands in Florida; eight days before a lighter package using the same shipping company traveled 1147.29 miles. I have dyscalculia and ADHD so I don't claim to be good at math by any means or degree. Yet, even I, the man too cheap to pay expedited shipping on either package can see a disproportionate flaw in the VaperAnger, distance/ time ratio. All of that being said, I did receive my order on the 5th. So I gave an extra star each for 2 reasons. One is that the full order did arrive, albeit, a week and a half after purchase. Two being that I have the satisfaction of tasting the first nic salt I fell in love with after a couple of years of missing the flavor, long enough to feel nostalgia and elation finally tasting it again. The question about wanting to make things right, or rather your response to my original post has a glaring poignancy when taking into account that it came A. at the fortnight mark, and B. that the 5th was a Friday and it was the Monday following that it was posted. Enough time that anyone with the tracking number could verify it had been delivered. The only truly sad part is that to continue enjoying the Country Clouds Blueberry Cornbread Pudding flavor, which I am enamored with, is that it means I must either continue to purchase through VaperAnger or find a replacement if I am to continue vaping.
