HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered several items almost 3 weeks ago and they FINALLY responded to my emails. The guy that was sending out emails and all didn’t read anything fully and just went with it. I asked for a number (one that works) and it was the same number that was listed on their site. Okay, so I called and I stated out what he did wrong and joe himself and the company itself could’ve done better. Instead of professional responses, the guy went off on me stating “do you even understand what’s going on?!” (he was talking about the virus). but here’s my thing: I know, everyone knows about the virus. but they should’ve posted on their website that there will be a long delay on all orders due to the coronavirus. I wasn’t even trying to be rude, I was just wanting my order. he was talking about sending out freebies and already sent out emails to most customers (I wasn’t one of them). apparently, this is one of the managers that works for ejuice steals. do you really want to order from a company in which the manager goes off on their customers and treat them with disrespect only? Keep that in mind. I encourage anyone and everyone not to order from this site, EVER.
