I am posting this detailed review to warn other consumers about the business practices of Ekosport. What started as a simple order has turned into a major conflict due to total bad faith on their part.The indisputable facts:Extreme delay: The delivery of my ski boots (order NL00066296) suffered an unacceptable delay, severely disrupting my holiday preparations.Appalling condition of delivery: The package was eventually delivered in a box that was torn, crushed, and heavily damaged on all sides. This shows a total lack of care during the logistics process.Failing customer service (Ticket 00650152): Instead of taking responsibility for the delay and the physical damage to the packaging, customer service hides behind standard scripted answers.Illegal stance: Despite clear photographic evidence of the destroyed box, Ekosport refuses any form of compensation or reasonable commercial gesture for the immense inconvenience caused.Aggressive handling: I received a 'final answer' refusing any further help and stating they would take no further action. This is a direct violation of the duty of care a seller owes to a consumer.CRITICAL TIP FOR ALL CUSTOMERS:If you receive a damaged package from Ekosport, always REFUSE the delivery immediately. This is the only way to avoid being charged for return shipping costs, which Ekosport illegally tries to pass on to the customer.Current status:Because Ekosport refuses to cooperate on a friendly settlement, I have taken the following steps:Opened an official case with the French authorities (SignalConso / DGCCRF).I am currently holding the goods as collateral until a lawful solution is provided for the damages and the breach of contract.Conclusion:Do not order here if you value your consumer rights. As soon as something goes wrong, this company leaves you completely stranded. I will not update or remove this review until appropriate compensation has been provided."
