The Bad:
1. Poor customer Email responsiveness.
2. Long Wait times for product. Excuse is that each is custom made. Why not stock some ahead of demand?
3. Instructions written in Chinglesh using terms that I have not heard since College Biology (Dorsal for Rear/ back?)
4. Relatively poor fit for price point. Felt like I was sitting ON my seat rather than IN my seat after installation.
5. Could not feel seat heaters after installation.
