Purchased three bags and two came with a slit in the bag, contacted twice with no return contact.
Very poor customer service as others have stated.
My only choice now is to contact my Credit Card Company and register a dispute, which I told them I would do if I got no response.
Hard to believe all their claims about there product when they hide from simple questions and requests.
