My experience with the service has been extremely frustrating. They initially informed me I was accepted and even sent an email stating my account was active. However, shortly after, I received another email requesting additional documents before final approval. Despite submitting the required documents twice, including my ID and a recent bank statement, I was declined just moments after I sought clarification. They refused to provide a reason, insisting I had to communicate through traditional mail. Even my phone inquiries went unanswered. This has been a disappointing experience.
