I have been using Evavate for 6 weeks I can slowly see the difference in my hair, skin. I take one scope of Elavate and one scope of Geeks ( collagen ) best of both worlds. Both mix lovely in my coffee ( unflavoured). I’m 60 and feel they are both good for me. I take supplements. Give it a try. Hopefully I can updated this in 12 months 😃👍
