A good sign is that I never forget to have it. I take it before bedtime, as a hot chocolate. It’s tasty and not too sweet. I feel like I am taking a treat. Do trust this product and go ahead and buy it. It’s worth every penny and it’s all natural. I have advised some of my patients to try it. And I had good feedback from them too. I don’t work or have any benefit from this company. But as I said, I am an advocate for us woman. Hope this helps those who are having doubts.
