I had accidentally selected to buy my elavate on subscription on both occasions when I ordered my elevate which meant I had two subscriptions running. I meant to order these as a one time purchase as and when I require it. I contacted elavate via email and they quickly cancelled both subscriptions and explained what I needed to do the next time I order so I don’t make the same mistake again. Fantastic customer service. I have now been taking elevate for over 6 months and feel the benefits and now family members and friends have now started taking it too.
