Ive been taking Elavate every morning since March 2025. After about 3 weeks I started to notice a huge difference in my skin, hair and nails so much so that I no longer need to take HRT and only take elavate in the morning. The chocolate is delicious as a drink but the vanilla is more versatile and can be added to yogurt or oats.
