I do a lot of research before purchases. Been using marine collagen for some years now but having read that bovine collagen is good for bones, and being a senior with old bones, decided to investigate further. Elavate combines both marine and bovine in a very palatable powder form with added Vitamin C. Not keen on chocolate, I chose Vanilla and mix it with cold milk. Am only just starting my journey with Elavate. Watch this space!
