I placed a first time order with Elevate and my order has not arrived, and continued checking of tracking shows it is basically just now a lost order in the courier system. This past week, I have tried to contact Elevate via email, via their chat, and via their WhatsApp business account on more than one occasion to resolve this issue and nothing, not a single response and I am still without my order and at a financial loss. Therefore, I have now had to raise a claim via my credit card company to get my money back. Honestly, avoid this company. Customer services is non responsive and appalling.
