Delivery was quick and everything was packaged nicely.I have only been using Elavate for a week so hard to tell yet whether it has started to effect my body, although the pain in my hip at night seems to be less... Not sure if that's just wishful thinking as I have read and watched many reviews.My fingers are crossed that the benefits of this product really do enhance my life. Menopause is tough and having had Breast Cancer my options are limited when treating the symptoms. Here's to a little daily milkshake improving my quality of life.
