I've just started taking the Elevate collegen, as i was trying to find something that had a good mix of collegen for joints as well as hair & nails. Have tried a few in the past and haven't seen many benefits or actual enjoyable taste, so I'm going to try this in my smoothies and coffee and see how it goes.
