The product was fine, but the company's policy is a major drawback. I apparently signed up for a subscription, which I definitely did not intend to do. I took advantage of a Black Friday deal that made no mention of any subscription. Three weeks later, the company withdrew £39 from my account, leaving me in a difficult financial situation. I'm truly shocked, and it seems many others are facing similar issues. I will not be buying from them again, as they seem more focused on profit than on providing quality customer service.
