The product itself is wonderful, especially the vanilla flavor in a cup of strawberry and raspberry tea. However, the customer service is severely lacking. I've emailed, messaged, and reached out through their website, but received no responses at all, despite claims of quick replies. I've been trying to get in touch for almost a week now. While many people praise their customer service, I suspect those reviews may not be genuine. I'm not satisfied and urge other customers to be cautious, not about the product, but about the lack of follow-up.
