Signed up for monthly gummies and chocolate collagen drink . First package arrived and all good . Very nice product . However, went downhill from there. First of all you are bombarded with messages, attempts to get you to subscribe friends etc but that’s okay . The problem is their customer service . They DO NOT respond ! The second month they took £39 out of my account and informed me that my items would be five days late due to weather. Given that they encourage you to take your collagen and gummy’s daily that was crazy . After five days my chocolate drink arrived, but the gummy‘s didn’t. I have attempted daily to get a response as to when they are sending . I have now been without the gummy‘s for two weeks and cannot get an answer from anyone at elevate. I have emailed, used their contact form on their website, tried to get to them through Instagram, but no response. I since found gummy‘s on Amazon for half the price and Holland and Barrett do a chocolate collagen drink also cheaper. Such a shame because the product is nicely packaged and good, but I would avoid like the plague.
