I have been using elevate for 2 months now and I am starting to see the benefits, so much so I have ordered a set of 6 pouches in my reorder. I have the chocolate flavour and I mix it every morning into my protein coffee shake and it adds a nice chocolate luxury feel and taste to it. It's the only collagen supplement I've managed to persist with. Gels and other drinks have always had an unpleasant taste or consistency for me. But this is so nice I enjoy having it every day.
