Being over 50, I have that bloated belly and as yet there is no change to that but in such a short space I have noticed a difference in my skin. I have the chocolate and is used as a Hot Chocolate before on a work night or as a Mocho Coffee at rhe weekend. Both taste Great and are easy to fit in to your routine.
