Elavate is delicous in warm milk, i have a cup of chocolate flavour every morning and it fills me up so i dont eat breakfast, it wasn't purchased as a meal supplement it is just how its worked for me. I've been taking it for nearly a month, i also suffer from swollen legs, my legs are less swollen, my skin is less dry and i generally feel better in myself. I would recommend it. Also i had phone call from customer service just asking me how i was finding it, now that was impressive!
