I've had 4 terrible instances with this company1. They never ask you to change your password before you are ready to make a transaction. In other words, a customer is trying to check out, and you can't proceed with the transaction because they want you to come up with another password.2. They never give you a heads-up that your annual fee is coming up. Most companies give you the courtesy to let you know they are about to take money out of your bank account. I was about to pay my shop rent, and I checked my acouunt and they took money out without my knowledge.3. I got a chargeback and didn't know it happened for 3 weeks when they took money out of my account. They didn't let me know I had a chargeback. No email, nothing. I got scammed, and they did nothing about it.4. You will not get paid if your bank is closed. In other words If you work on Friday, you won't get that money until Monday. Bank holidays are the worst.I switched to Clover, and I don't have any of those problems anymore. I do not recommend this company.
