Hello everyone, I'm Yves! I had the incredible opportunity to study at ELC from January 22 to May 30, and it was undoubtedly one of the most enriching experiences of my life, both academically and personally. The instructors were extremely professional, kind-hearted, easy to approach, and perpetually willing to assist. In just a few months, my English skills advanced much more than I had anticipated, all due to their commitment and encouragement. A special shoutout to Millie, Abbi, Pam, Shonnie, and Niel—your classes were consistently captivating, enjoyable, and filled with positive reinforcement.My classmates were equally remarkable, each bringing their distinctiveness and energy to the classroom from various parts of the globe. Whether they joined for a brief period or remained throughout my entire stay, they all left an indelible impression on me. I feel fortunate to have encountered such amazing individuals and to have forged genuine friendships that I will value forever.From day one, the entire ELC team made me feel embraced and supported. Immense gratitude to Mark, Kathryn, Laurence, Andrew, Margaret, and my other dad John; your constant presence whenever I required assistance was truly appreciated.This journey not only enhanced my English proficiency but also bolstered my self-assurance and cultural understanding.
