I started taking the capsules in December 2025 and spoke to Elcella after approx 6 weeks when nothing had changed. I was encouraged to continue for the full three months and adjust the time I was taking them. I explained that I was looking to lose 3-4kg and that my weight was at the top end of the healthy BMI range. They then inferred that the capsules may not be as successful given my situation - however I was encouraged to continue, I asked to have statistics re how many people on the trial started to lose weight only after three months. These were not provided.I think the marketing should make clear that those seeking a modest weight loss may not find the product helpful if this is the case. For me it was an expensive waste of money.
