I’ve been on Elcella for about nine weeks - and my primary reason was to give my gut an overhaul and try to address snacking and lifelong sugar cravings. As a happy consequence I’ve lost about 5kg - I’m very active and really not overweight so this wasn’t the main reason I wanted to try it - but I’m also navigating perimenopause and in the last couple of years am definitely eating more and feeling so much more hungry! Obviously it’s pretty pricy and I would hope it could decrease a bit in price soon as I think a lot of people could benefit from trying this.
