The customer service is nice if you have the luck to get a dedicated person on the other end. I accidentally deleted a fully decked-out char, got him back in a matter of hours. On the other side, it seems impossible to fix a crown store order because the CS seems overworked and not at all bothered. The game itself is plagued with farm bots and toxic guilds but ZOS doesn't seem to mind. It's a good game tho, I made a lot of friends and I really enjoy playing it.
