Unacceptable customer service. Did not receive my in game store items in time. The fact that they can copy paste a response asking you to have to wait 72 hours until they do something is completely ludicrous. Meanwhile they ask you to check if your bank transaction went through as if you're the one at fault for their incompetent logistics. Listen, I get it if a server goes down, or if there's a bug. But if there's one thing I cannot stand is someone making a clown out of me with my hard earned money. "Sorry" does not substitute accountability, get your act together.
