Had one of the least professional replies I've ever seen from a customer service rep. The tone was blatantly rude and patronising, I've spent thousands on this game and would expect at least some basic courtesy, but I've learned to have low expectations as far as ESO and their forum mods and customer service reps are concerned. Customers (yes gamers are customers too) are nothing more than money sponges to this game/company.
