The pictures listed on their product page did not match the items that were actually sent to me. When I reached out to them for a refund, they told me they only offer refunds for malfunctioning items, despite the “30-day money back guarantee” listed on their page that doesn’t mention this stipulation at all. Despite being a paying customer, I can’t find anywhere to actually write a review on their page. I asked a customer service rep about it and I was met with silence. Absolute crap customer service, avoid at all costs!
