I underwent bypass surgery at the facility and spent 2 nights there. The nursing staff and healthcare assistants on the first ward were incredible, particularly those on the night shift who ensured I felt secure and well cared for. I truly appreciate all the care and support provided.
The service was exceptional from the very beginning. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable. No request was too much for them. When I needed help getting out of bed overnight, the night nurse was wonderful, ensuring my comfort and minimizing any pain. The representative was fantastic; I would highly recommend them. They understood my needs from the start, and even though it's only day 2 post-op, I can already tell the results will be amazing. Thank you for the outstanding care!

From my initial conversation to meeting my consultant, everything was five-star. The initial consultation was very helpful; the consultant listened to my goals and provided various options. I’m very pleased with the results and would return without hesitation for more procedures. The staff, including nurses and theatre personnel, provided exceptional care.
I had upper bleph surgery with Dr. Ahmed, who was truly amazing. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions, encouraging me to voice any concerns. The surgery went smoothly and quickly, with all the staff making me feel at ease. I’m thrilled with my results. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to some communication issues with appointments between the clinics, which caused stress as I had to coordinate around my work commitments.
