I initially thought working with this company would be great. Ordering a generator was straightforward, and it shipped quickly. However, after following their advice to purchase a 14kw generator, I realized I needed a 26kw model. The return process has been incredibly frustrating, with no responses to my emails or calls. They’ve had the generator for 12 days without checking it in, and I can’t get an update on my refund. I won’t be purchasing a larger generator from this company again. Stay away!
