Customer service is terrible, they don’t seem to realise their three month warranty doesn’t override consumer law. Bought a 24v go kart, on a full charge it’s lasts 5/10 mins max. Was told it’s a faulty battery and then was sent a link to buy new batteries. Bought the kart in April so well within the 6 month period of a return or replace warranty BY LAW. Zero response since. One way street this company. Only interested in selling. First review I’ve left as I’ve never experienced anything like this when buying online. I own a large retail business myself. Annoying that people are still trying to get away with things like this. Avoid.
