I ordered a few items almost a month ago (29/10/25). I waited till 5th November & the order was still not shipped, so I emailed them. They replied the next day stating, "As we've checked your order is in the packing/quality process and when the order is shipped, you will be notified and tracking details will also be shared with you". So I waited for till 11th of November & the order was still not shipped. I have been emailing them since then & there was no reply from them. I tried contacting them via phone, but was unable to reach them; it doesn't go past their automated waiting system. I can't find any other way to contact them. BTW I had previously bought two orders from them & the experience was smooth; it was back in 2022-23. I don't know whats happening right now with them, but I am never purchasing anything from electronicscomp.com anymore
