I believe you sell bad merchandise and then blame the purchaser for it not working. I hope you lose lots of business. I am sure you wont post this but at least I stated how I feel. YOU DID recelive phone calls, I have a copy from the phone company and I kept the emails to your company in my records. So dont say you did not receive them.
