Sent the right phone model but the wrong color and amount of storage, I ordered 32GB and white and was given 16GB and black. They fixed the GB problem by sending me another 16GB SD card to add up to the correct storage though but it took a long time to arrive, the phone itself however arrived within days of my order being placed instead of weeks!
