I had a very bad experience with ElectronicsForce.
I bought a phone for $160, but it arrived defective — the sound was not working at all. It was impossible to use it properly. When I contacted customer service, the process was slow and frustrating.
The worst part is that I did not receive a full refund. They only gave me back $107, which is completely unfair for a faulty product.
This is not acceptable. Customers should not lose money because of defective items. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very careful when ordering from this website.
Very disappointing. I do not recommend this store at all.
