Avoid ElectroniksIndia.I am sharing this so other customers can be careful.I placed Order for Homatics Box R Lite on 30 January 2026. The delivery was missed and the parcel was returned to the seller. I was assured by customer support that the product would be reshipped, and I followed up regularly from 7 February 2026.Despite this, on 13 February 2026, I received an email stating the order was cancelled and a refund would be processed. I did not request cancellation. The refund was issued only after repeated follow-ups on 17 February 2026.The same product, which was out of stock after my order from 30 Jan 2026 to 13 feb2026, was relisted on their website on the same day(13 feb 2026) at a higher price.This shows poor transparency, unfair practices, and extremely poor communication. Other customers should be careful and ensure everything is confirmed in writing before placing orders.
