I am sharing my experience buying my rocket GX1 streaming device.I hope all people who buying online they should visit trustpilot before buying. I made a mistake that i have not visited this site before so that i am cheated.This site actually collects damaged, used, returned products from different website and trying to sell in genuine way.Once they sold thats it. you cannot get return your money is gone.Customer care number and email is given just to eye wash.Best go with amazon or flipkart who does atleast response and problem solving ideas is great.I need google to directly display this type of customer review on front page so that people will aware.For replacement first they told me to courier by its my own. I asked its faulty device why should I courier? Initiate for pickup i said. Then they started like asking unboxing video, i sent again they said its not clear.My money will give that company owner or who is responsible for that person definitely will go in big loss somehow. Thats what i believe . Thanks
