Scam alert!!!!! before deal with online scammers read it!!!!.
I had placed an order number 16996 to Electroniksindia as known as skullsaints onyx mini pc by made a initial down payment as 10000/- successfully through snapmint. Snapmint is available this seller Electroniksindia on their payment section.
When product reached to me and I tried to use the product they got overheat so quickly and no software like windows, drivers, internet and others things were not also worked properly. When I had contacted to thier customer support and by emails. they made a pick-up for device return to them by their side and said me they will check it. once they has check they will contact me update accordingly. but they had possess the device force fully with no proper communication.
After that when i contacted them by email. Then they refused to replacement the device also and other services by them. After returned the product by picked up service now product is in their possession and they cancelled order by their side forcefully. they refunded to snapmint quickly partial refund instead of full refund.
They deducted 6000/- and refunded only to snapmint consumer loan was 4000/- instead of 10000/- my initial down payment.
They cancelled order by their side. I haven't request for my order cancellation and they refused to the device replacement and others services provide of the defective product to me.
They have stop communication with me with full exploit me. They fraud me intentionally to exploit my hard earn money!
