When I inquired about purchasing one, the representative stated he needed to confirm the price. Later, he informed me that the item was no longer on sale and promised to escalate the matter for a potential discount since the staff couldn't make decisions. I waited an entire week with no updates. They don't even adhere to their own pricing policies.
