The shower I purchased was great but the after sales service is poor. After some time I needed to get two replacement rollers as my tenant was a bit heavy handed. I emailed their service email address twice and got no response. I called them directly and was told it was too difficult for them to figure out what I needed and who the supplier was, which meant they couldn't be bothered. It would have taken no time as they only use two types generally on all their bi-fold doors and it would not take a rocket scientist to figure out which type I needed. So thanks for your help....not.
