Seen as you have deleted my last review I’m re writing it you scammers !!! Here goes Absolutely avoid at all costs ordered a sofa off these through the range and since august have been lied to and messed about been calling and emailing every 4 days since then they promise to collect sofa and refund then I’m ignored again then have to escalate again just going round in circles the sofa is not built properly spent 1300 on a sofa that unusable constantly fobbing me off and lieing would upload all emails and that on here but don’t know how to does anyone else.. I bought the sofa from eleganza off the range website when trying to contact and email eleganza was just constantly ignored and fobbed off can provide evidenceOff this to The range even had great difficulty getting hold of them and constantly ignored the range even stated they have had numerous complaints and problems with eleganza from other customers still I’m here with a sofa I can’t use
