My experience with this service has been extremely frustrating. The tracking information indicated that my order was delivered, but I never received it. I've reached out via email three times with no reply, and there's no phone number available for assistance—just an automated response suggesting I contact the postal service. There was ample time to send a replacement before the holidays if they had been more responsive, but now my husband will miss out on his gift. It's quite disheartening. If I could give no stars, I would, but unfortunately, 1 is the minimum.
